A yearly tradition for us the past three years has been going to Blueberry Springs in Wacissa to pick blueberries and then to take a wade or jump in the Wacissa River.
Everyone gets in on the action. This year the blueberries were so heavy that I don't think we got past three bushes. We picked over 2 gallons of berries!
They were so big and plump!
Then we all drive right down the street to cool off in the Wacissa River. There is sooo much wildlife on the river. This year a HUGE owl kept flying right over our heads back and forth from tree to tree feeding it's babies.
Then they all minus Molly and I swing on the rope swing and jump in the cold water!
