Another Co-op tradition is a mini market days the last day of our semester during lunch. The kids make, bake, gather toys they don't want anymore, etc. and sell them to their friends. It is suppose to encourage saving, spending wisely, entrepreneurship, bargain shopping, etc. My kids made smores snack mix. It sold fairly well...the co-op kids like to have a dessert after their pizza that day. Fun as always!
