Happy 33rd Birthday to my most wonderful Hubby! John didn't want to make a fuss out of his birthday (this is so John) but I had to do something special so I made him a "made from scratch" carrot cake. I shredded the carrots and everything. It was complete with cream cheese frosting. I must say that it was very yummy! I surprised myself. We celebrated with cake, candles, and a couple small presents...just the five of us.
